Kaejaris Akano Lepidoris, once a valued researcher at Regia Intelligence Security Agency, now enjoys a carefree life with his parents in the countryside town of Alachra.

From the newly christened Lepidoris Manor, Kaejaris now seeks to hone his own abilities, beginning with martial arts and later, the arcane arts. His ultimate aim is to one day embark on adventures around the world where his safety is self assured.

Kaejaris discovered his taste for adventure when working at RISA. Sometimes, he was required to accompany field agents on undertakings that took him across his homeland of Regia and occasionally, around the world. The experience had a profound effect on Kae, inciting him to develop his physical abilities.

With the aid of his mother, Kaejaris has become a skilled magic user. A rare thing in this day and age. So rare that he could well attract attention to himself. There are those in the world who would go to any lengths to have the arcane arts at their disposal, for both good and bad purposes.

An introverted dragon, Kaejaris prefers his own company and that of those closest to him. He is very fond of Ruunar, his best friend since childhood. The two had struck up a friendship during school and, it was when Kae was on the receiving end of his cousin's insults, did Ruunar stand up for him, sparking the beginning of their brother-like bond.

Speaking of Kaejaris's cousin, he and Malachite have never seen eye to eye for reasons that escape Kae. Fuelled by Malachite's irrational hatred of the arcane, Kae was made to endure many years of torment, insults, and sometimes, fighting. Once the two left school however, they disappeared from each other's lives. Perhaps now, after all this time, a reconciliation is possible?
