As one of the principle villains of Divine Revelation, it was particularly important that Beta receive a visual reference. He is the owner of NeoTech, a reptilian physically scarred and damaged by a prior accident, necessitating the armour and breathing apparatus that he's seen wearing here. In the drawing, he is standing on board his company's cargo ship which transports goods from his headquarters, the Robotics Facility in the city, all the way to the isolated BioWorks Facility in the wilderness.
