I think this picture is an improvement on the original Jase Kira drawing. I took extra time and care to realise the background and it was this aspect that inspired the image in the first place. I happened upon a magazine cover for the Red Dwarf TV series which featured a wonderfully realised corridor and I wanted to do somthing similar.
